Welcome to The O.T. Practice

The O.T. Practice is an Independent Occupational Therapy Practice dedicated to providing a high quality service to its client base in Surrey, Hampshire, Berkshire and Middlesex. Clients are usually visited in their home, place of work or other suitable location where a full assessment of their needs and requirements is undertaken.

Recommendations, advice and guidance to maximise independent living are provided together with assistance with their provision. Assessments can be carried out on behalf of private individuals, Housing Associations, Local Authorities, Private Case Managers, Charities, Solicitors or Insurers.
