The OT Practice is the collaboration of over 30 years experience of occupational therapy. Our Directors Kate and Nikki bring an unsurpassed level of quality and expertise to the independent sector.
Kate’s experience in the commercial, medical legal and training fields combined with Nikki’s passion to deliver high quality therapy to the private sector has created an outstanding ‘one stop shop’ for independent therapy services.
We are proud to be in a position of having an expanding team of some of the Country's leading therapists.
Despite our growing service we hold true to our mission of quality without compromise and deliver a consistently personalised service.
Our clients are at the heart of our practice and we make a commitment to you to adhere to the following:
- We will always act in your best interest; if we feel a different service will meet your needs better we will refer you onto them.
- We will provide a uniform service to all our clients regardless of age, race, disability, ethnic origin or gender.
- Treatment will be available to you until you reach your optimum level of function, at which point we will discuss the best way forward to maintain you functional ability.
- We welcome your feedback and give you the opportunity to do this through feedback forms and an open door policy to our Directors. We will use your feedback to drive our practice forward to meet the highest standards.
- Our therapists will maintain a high level of continued professional development and receive regular supervision from the Directors.
