The OT Practice is contracted to work for the Older People & Long Term Conditions Team within Adult Social Care & Health at Bracknell Forest Council. Nikki started working with the team in March 2009. Nikki competently & quickly helped with decreasing the length of time people had been waiting for assessments.

Nikki provides accurate reports that clearly identified the problems. The solutions she recommended led to adaptations that helped those people continue to live in their own home safely and enables them to complete daily living tasks with more ease.
