Our neuro rehab division is one of the fastest growing teams within The OT Practice business. Currently we have an exceptionally high case load of neurological cases in and around Hampshire and we are actively seeking a talented Neuro OT with the right skills to work in this region. For the right people we are able to provide a package of financial incentives to new recruits, with the aim of providing the financial stability needed to make the transition into private practice. We are looking for people who are able to dedicate a minimum of 3 weekdays per week to working with The OT Practice and would be willing to travel up to an hour from their home to conduct assessments and treatment sessions in the community.
We will look at each person’s particular circumstances and tailor an incentive package accordingly, however as a guideline the financial incentive available for each successful candidate is up to £1000. What we can offer to help you transition to working with The OT Practice will be dependent on your current circumstances, the time you are able to dedicate to The OT Practice and your skills/experience. Note, this is available for a limited time with a limited number of candidates on a first come, first served basis. This incentive scheme will be available until the end of September 2017.
- You must have at least 3 weekdays a week available for OT Practice work.
- You must be willing to travel up to an hour for assessments and treatment (or within pre-defined region coverage).
- You agree to accept an allocated caseload, unless with good reason (such as outside of agreed region coverage or lacking specialist skills required).
- You must fulfil all standard OT Practice criteria to become an OT Practice therapist.
- All reports must be completed within the standard OT Practice timeframes.
- The quality care and reports must meet The OT Practice expected standards.
