Cait is a Paediatric OT with over 15 years’ experience working with children with complex needs. She is based in North Yorkshire and visits children across Yorkshire and Lincolnshire, including Leeds and Bradford. Cait is a highly skilled OT, working with children with a wide range of complex needs relating to sensory difficulties, autism, ADHD, cerebral palsy, muscular dystrophy, and Down’s syndrome.

Working with children and their families, Cait delivers comprehensive assessments and therapeutic interventions based on the child’s individual circumstances. She supports with a child’s physical capability and mobility, working to develop their fine and gross motor skills to help them complete self-care tasks and participate in education. Cait recommends specialist equipment to support with a child’s development and support, and also helps with behavioural management and social integration.

Cait is a member of the Royal College of Occupational Therapists’ Specialist Section in Independent Practice and remains up-to-date with her clinical knowledge and skill-set. She has also completed specialist training in Sensory Integration, Differentiating Sensory from Behaviour, and the Chailey Approach to Postural Management.
