Amie is an expert Occupational Therapist who specialises in Neurological Rehabilitation. Located in Somerset, Amie visits clients across the county including Bath and Bristol.

Throughout her her career, Amie has worked in a variety of settings including acute neurology, slow stream inpatient, and intensive community stroke/brain injury rehabilitation. This has enabled Amie to develop a great understanding of the long-term effects of disability on the client and their family. Amie has experience working with clients with neurological conditions such as Parkinson’s disease, multiple sclerosis, motor neurone disease, stroke, and brain injury. She has particular expertise in postural management, having completed postgraduate training in the field. Amie is passionate about maximising an individual’s independence and quality of life.

Amie is a member of the Royal College of Occupational Therapists and their Specialist Section for Independent Practice.
