Working in London, Simon provides expert occupational therapy to his clients in their home environment. He specialises in housing & equipment, as well as assessing a client's functional and neurological rehabilitation needs. Simon is a qualified Best Interests Assessor (BIA) and will carry out these assessments working under the Mental Capacity Act.
Simon qualified in 2010 and has developed his clinical and therapeutic skills working in social services, in the NHS, for voluntary and private sectors. He works with clients with a range of conditions, including neurological, physical, orthopaedic and muscular skeletal.
Specialising in housing & equipment, Simon provides assessments to clients in their home environment and prescribes various minor and major adaptations to improve their quality of life and independence at home. Providing a holistic approach, Simon focuses on the client's functional rehabilitation and encourages daily life activities to be carried out by the client as independently as possible.
Simon is a member of the College of Occupational Therapists Specialist Sections in Independent Practice and Neurological Practice.
