Based in North London, Catherine is a Paediatric Occupational Therapist visiting children at home, school, and nursery settings. She specialises in Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD) assessments and diagnostic work, Developmental Coordination Disorder (DCD), as well as many complex physical and cognitive disabilities. This includes cerebral palsy, acquired brain injury, global developmental delay, Down's syndrome, and learning difficulties. She is experienced working with children from birth through to adulthood, supporting them with a wide range of basic and complex needs.
With over 10 years of experience, Catherine delivers highly specialist assessments and interventions. She works collaboratively with the child, their family, education staff, and other healthcare professionals to design and implement a bespoke therapy programme that helps the child to meet their maximum potential. Catherine tailors her therapy to suit a child’s individual needs, this can include fine motor skill development, handwriting assessments and treatment, self-care support, and postural management.
Catherine is a member of the Royal College of Occupational Therapists and their Specialist Section for Children, Young People & Families. She has completed training in the Autism Diagnostic Observation Schedule, The Bayley Scales of Infant Development, and Level 1 of Sensory Integration.
