Shelley is a skilled Occupational Therapist specialising in the field of Neurological Rehabilitation. Currently based in Ipswich, Shelley provides expert care to clients across Suffolk including Bury St Edmunds, Sudbury, Stowmarket, and Lowestoft. Shelley has developed expertise on a wide variety of acquired and traumatic brain injuries such as stroke, encephalitis, aneurysm rupture, and hypoxic brain injury. She is also experienced supporting clients with progressive neurological conditions such as Parkinson's and motor neurone disease.

She is passionate about all aspects of Neuro Rehabilitation and feels strongly that people who have sustained a brain injury need ongoing specialist support to achieve their personal goals. She is skilled in delivering both cognitive and functional rehabilitation including upper limb support and splinting.

Shelley has worked in a range of fields both in South Africa and now the UK, most recently she has been in a senior OT post within the NHS in an acute Neuro Rehabilitation team.

Shelley is dedicated to supporting the rehabilitation needs of patients to meet their personal goals. She is frequently engaged in clinical development to ensure the people she works with receive the most effective service employing evidence-based practice.
