Based in Surrey, Ann is a specialist OT in Neurological Rehabilitation with a passion for assisting people regain their independence in daily activities. Ann is an expert in spinal cord injuries and rehabilitation but also has extensive experience with other neurological conditions including stroke, acquired brain injury, motor neuron disease, Parkinson's disease, multiple sclerosis, and Huntington's disease.
For over 15 years she has developed expert clinical knowledge in a range of areas such as manual handling, equipment provision, postural management, seating, and splinting. Ann is committed to maximising and maintaining her client's independence in their home environment including accessing the community and returning to work. She supports with activities of daily living, upper limb strengthening, rehabilitation, and splint provision.
Ann has worked closely with the London Spinal Cord Injury Centre and has attended specialist training on spinal cord injury rehabilitation. She is also a member of the Specialist Section in Neurological Practice at the Royal College of Occupational Therapists.
