Laura has over 20 years of experience working as an Occupational Therapist, with extensive knowledge in the field of neurology and acquired brain injury. She works with adults and children with a diverse range of disabilities and conditions including acquired and traumatic brain injuries, stroke, multiple sclerosis, Parkinson's disease, motor neurone disease, and brain tumours. Laura is based just outside of Birmingham, visiting clients across the Midlands including Leicester, Nottingham, and Stoke-on-Trent.
Laura delivers holistic assessments and interventions, considering a client’s personal goals and maximum potential. She supports with a range of needs such as cognitive deficits, visual and perceptual impairments, postural management, splinting, wheelchair needs, behaviour difficulties, speech and communication difficulties, and sensory impairments.
Laura is a member of the Royal College of Occupational Therapists and their Specialist Section for Neurological Practice.
