Jennifer is a highly experienced OT with over 30 years’ experience working with clients across a variety of settings. She has expertise in a range of conditions including multiple sclerosis, motor neurone disease, Parkinson’s disease, spinal injury, stroke, arthritis, acquired brain injury, and cancer. Jennifer is based in Winchester and visits clients in Hampshire and Dorset.
Jennifer provides expert assessments and bespoke therapy programmes, advising on adaptive equipment, housing adaptations, and reablement. She focuses on a client’s individual needs, from undertaking self-care tasks in the home to going out and about in the community. She helps clients to manage fatigue and develop effective routines, whether recovering from an injury or managing a long-term condition. Jennifer is also qualified in Rehabilitation Counselling, providing clients with additional support with psychological and social needs. She can advise on DFG assessments and blue badges.
Jennifer is a member of the Specialist Section in Independent Practice at the Royal College of Occupational Therapists. She keeps up-to-date with her professional development by attending courses and interacting with other professionals.
