Working in Gloucestershire, Wiltshire, Warwickshire; Southeast England, (Sussex and Kent), OT Mary specialises in Seating & Postural Management, Housing and Equipment, Moving & Handling, and Vocational Rehabilitation. Mary has experience with complex conditions such as Parkinson's, Muscular Dystrophy, Multiple Sclerosis, Motor Neurone and Huntington's Disease, Learning Disability, Cerebral Palsy, Dementia and Alzheimer's. She works to improve a client’s Activities of Daily Living.

Mary qualified as an Occupational Therapist in 2006 and since then has been working with community services supporting individuals with long-term conditions. She has broad experience working with Disabled Facilities Grants, other charitable grant applications and charities such as SSAFA. Additionally, she enjoys recommending Equipment (ramps, lifts, level access showers, minor works, rails, specialist seating, hoists and slings) and providing assessments of the internal and external spaces of a home.

She has held a county-wide Seating and Postural management Lead role for many years, and in 2016 completed the Postural Management Course at Oxford Centre for Enablement (OCE). She continues to develop her knowledge and expertise in regard to 24hr Postural Management.

Mary's work to date continues to challenge and develop her clinical skills in assessing and supporting individuals with complex needs. Mary is passionate about Occupational Therapy and her role within it, and she works hard to achieve the best outcomes for individuals.
