Naima

Naima is a Speech and Language Therapist based in Luton, visiting children across London and the South-East of England including Bedfordshire, Buckinghamshire, and Hertfordshire. Naima is experienced working with children of all ages, from toddlers to young adults, with a wide range of conditions and needs. She has helped children with autism, selective mutism, stammering, social skills difficulties, language needs, and speech sound difficulties.

With expertise in paediatric development, particularly cognitive, social, behavioural, and emotional development, Naima conducts holistic assessments and develops tailored therapy programmes. Naima has worked across a range of paediatric settings, both in public and private sectors. She advocates independence through supporting children with problems solving skills, inference, and social skills. Naima also strives to work collaboratively with parents and educational staff.

Naima is highly skilled in a variety of specialist therapy programmes including Attention Autism, Interactive Storytelling, Talkabout Social Skills, and Makaton signing. She is a member of the Royal College of Speech and Language Therapists and the Association of Speech and Language Therapists in Independent Practice.
