Jane is a highly experienced Occupational Therapist specialising in complex physical and neurological conditions, housing adaptations, and equipment provision for adults. Based in Dorset and Somerset, she supports individuals with brain injury, spinal cord injury, cerebral palsy, and learning disabilities. Jane delivers housing assessments, risk management, and rehabilitation, with expertise in Court of Protection cases and integrated service design.
With over three decades of clinical and leadership experience, Jane offers specialist support for adults with complex needs, including neurological and learning disabilities. She provides detailed assessments, housing adaptation advice, and risk management, working collaboratively with families and professionals. Jane brings deep knowledge of social care systems, and her client-centred approach promotes independence, dignity, and quality of life.
