Based in Birmingham, she works across the West Midlands, supporting children and young people with neurodevelopmental conditions including Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD), ADHD, sensory processing difficulties, global developmental delay and cerebral palsy.

Farhat has extensive experience supporting individuals with complex learning disabilities across educational, home and community settings. She has particular expertise in working with children and young people with Special Educational Needs and Disabilities (SEND), emotional regulation challenges and behavioural difficulties. Her practice includes comprehensive assessments, personalised intervention planning, therapeutic equipment advice and strategies to promote independence and participation.

Farhat works collaboratively with children, families, schools and multidisciplinary teams, providing parent and staff training, contributing to EHCP Tribunal processes and supporting multi-agency planning. Her approach is empathetic, evidence-based and person-centred, informed by her own lived experience as a parent-carer.
