Laura

Laura is an experienced Paediatric Occupational Therapist based in Watford, providing specialist Occupational Therapy assessments across Watford and the surrounding areas, including North and West London. She supports children and young people with developmental, sensory, physical and functional needs. Her clinical expertise includes supporting children with Autism Spectrum Disorder, Developmental Coordination Disorder, Attention Deficit Hyperactivity Disorder, Global Developmental Delay and Sensory Processing Difficulties.

Laura qualified with an MSc in Occupational Therapy from Brunel University in 2017 and has worked across inpatient and community NHS settings. She has experience working across mainstream and specialist schools, including settings supporting autistic children and young people. She provides assessments and interventions to support fine and gross motor skills, handwriting, dexterity, balance and coordination, executive functioning and self-care skills.

Laura is experienced in writing and reviewing Education, Health and Care Plans (EHCPs), delivering individual and group therapy sessions, and working collaboratively with families and education staff.
