Based in Surbiton, Kingston-on-Thames, Liz delivers specialist hand therapy to clients across the home counties. Liz is a highly experienced hand therapist, delivering holistic care and support to clients with a wide range of hand and upper limb conditions. Liz helps clients with pain management, fine motor skills, splinting, and self-care.

Liz has provided hand therapy for both adults and children for over 10 years, building up a significant wealth of knowledge and experience. Liz helps clients with acute and long-term conditions such as arthritis, carpal-tunnel syndrome, and complex regional pain syndrome (CRPS). She also supports clients who are recovering from an injury or trauma such as amputation, dislocations, soft tissue damage, and fractures. Liz uses a broad range of assessment tools and treatment plans to offer each client a tailored experience. This includes providing clients with bespoke splints that can be moulded in their home, as well as advising on off the shelf splints.

Liz is a professional member of both the British Association of Hand Therapists (BAHT) and Royal College of Occupational Therapists Specialist Sector – Independent Practice (RCOTSS-IP). She regularly engages with other professionals and has undertaken several hand therapy courses to develop her skill-set.
