Zoe

Zoe is a highly experienced Occupational Therapist and qualified EMDR Therapist specialising in Paediatrics, Child and Adolescent Mental Health, Parental Mental Health and Functional Rehabilitation. Based in London, she provides specialist Occupational Therapy assessments across London and South East England, including Surrey and East Sussex, supporting children, young people and adults with complex developmental, mental health and trauma-related needs. Zoe has extensive experience supporting individuals experiencing anxiety, depression, OCD, trauma-related difficulties, mental distress and self-harm, as well as parents navigating the impact of their own trauma histories.

Zoe brings valuable lived experience to her practice as a parent within a neurodiverse family. This has given her a particular interest in neurodiversity and the ways in which neurodevelopmental differences can intersect with mental health, developmental needs, family dynamics and everyday life. She is passionate about helping children, young people and families build resilience and confidence, particularly during challenging circumstances and significant developmental or life transitions.

Alongside her clinical practice, Zoe is an experienced academic, lecturer, Executive Coach and Consultant Trainer. She has contributed to national training programmes with Young Minds and worked as a Professional Advisor on the Young Minds helpline. Zoe is also HCPC registered, an EMCC Senior Practitioner Executive Coach and a member of the EMDR UK Association.
