Carolina is an experienced Paediatric Occupational Therapist based in London. She provides specialist Occupational Therapy assessments for children and young people, helping them develop the skills, confidence and independence to participate fully at home, in school and within their communities. She has specialist expertise in sensory processing, fine and gross motor skills, handwriting, self-care, school participation, upper limb assessment for children with hemiplegia, specialist seating and assistive technology.

Qualifying from the University of Limerick in 2019, Carolina has worked across specialist education and NHS community paediatric services, including a senior role leading an Assistive Technology pathway. She has extensive experience supporting children with autism, ADHD, Developmental Coordination Disorder (DCD), Down syndrome, cerebral palsy, learning disabilities, Functional Neurological Disorder, brain injury, visual impairment and a range of genetic conditions.

Passionate about neurodiversity-affirming practice, Carolina works collaboratively with children, families, schools and multidisciplinary teams to create inclusive environments that enable every child to achieve their goals. She provides practical training and coaching for parents, carers and education staff, ensuring children receive consistent support across home and school settings.
