Elizabeth is a passionate and dedicated occupational therapist who has specialised in supporting paediatric clients and their families with major and minor housing adaptations. She also provides assessments for specialist paediatric equipment to assist with postural management; moving and handling; personal care; and improving the quality of life and inclusion of each child their family and their community.
Elizabeth covers the London area.
Elizabeth is committed to ensuring that any recommended adaptions and equipment meet her client's individual requirements whilst taking into account the needs of the family as a whole.
Having qualified in 2013 Elizabeth has worked with young people with conditions such as Physical and Neurological Impairments, Cerebral Palsy, Acquired Brain Injury, Duchenne's Muscular Dystrophy, Life Limiting and Progressive Conditions, Autism, Learning Disabilities, Challenging Behaviour, Sensory Needs and Mental Health Conditions.
Elizabeth's previous clinical experience, together with her dedication to deliver the highest possible standard of service delivery, has led her into private practice as an associate of The OT Practice. She works collaboratively with each child, their family, case managers; architects; surveyors and the child's wider MDT team to ensure the best possible outcome for each of her young client's.
Elizabeth is a member of the British Association of Occupational Therapists including the Children, Young People & Families Specialist Section and the Housing Specialist Section.
