Sarah

Sarah is an experienced Occupational Therapist specialising in Functional Rehabilitation and Moving and Handling. Based in Worthing, she provides specialist Occupational Therapy assessments across West Sussex and parts of East Sussex, supporting adults with orthopaedic, surgical and complex physical needs. She has particular expertise in amputee rehabilitation, orthopaedics, pre- and post-surgical care, falls prevention and manual handling.

Qualifying from the University of Southampton in 2005, Sarah has over 20 years of experience across NHS and independent practice. She began her career supporting adults living with dementia in a residential setting before moving into acute NHS practice. Sarah has a particular interest in amputee rehabilitation and has completed the Roehampton Amputee Course. She is also a ROSPA-accredited Manual Handling Trainer and delivers training to Occupational Therapists within her NHS role.

Sarah is registered with the Health and Care Professions Council (HCPC) and is a member of the Royal College of Occupational Therapists (RCOT) and the British Association of Occupational Therapists (BAOT).
