Helen

Helen is an experienced Paediatric Occupational Therapist based in the South East, providing specialist Occupational Therapy assessments across Berkshire, Oxfordshire, Wiltshire and Gloucestershire. She has specialist expertise in autism, learning disabilities, mental health, trauma and Social, Emotional and Mental Health (SEMH) needs. With additional training in Sensory Integration and neuro-affirming, trauma-informed approaches, she delivers holistic, person-centred assessments and interventions tailored to each individual's needs.

Qualifying from Oxford Brookes University in 2004, Helen has over two decades of experience supporting children, young people and adults across the NHS, Social Care, private practice and the charitable sector. She has particular expertise in supporting emotional and sensory regulation, working closely with families, schools and early years settings to develop practical strategies that improve participation, wellbeing and independence. She is committed to helping children, young people and adults achieve their full potential through compassionate, holistic Occupational Therapy.

Dedicated to maintaining the highest standards of professional practice, Helen continually develops her clinical knowledge through ongoing training, conferences and clinical supervision. Helen is registered with the Health and Care Professions Council (HCPC) and is a member of the Royal College of Occupational Therapists (RCOT).
