Lynne qualified from the University of Liverpool in 2005 and has over 20 years of NHS experience, including 13 years as Clinical Lead for a specialist Trauma and Orthopaedic Occupational Therapy outpatient service. She has extensive expertise in post-traumatic upper limb rehabilitation, complex regional pain syndrome, fractures, tendon injuries, peripheral nerve injuries, hand surgery rehabilitation, osteoarthritis, rheumatoid arthritis and chronic pain management.

Her clinical practice includes rehabilitation following elective hand surgery, scar management, hypersensitivity management and interventions to improve hand function, dexterity and independence. She also undertakes comprehensive functional assessments and recommends specialist equipment and minor adaptations to promote safety and independence at home.

Lynne provides holistic, person-centred assessment and intervention for adults and children, considering the physical, psychological, emotional and social aspects of recovery. She supports individuals to regain functional abilities, return to work, resume meaningful activities and adapt following injury or surgery. Committed to evidence-based practice, she maintains her professional development through specialist training, conferences, research and collaboration with professional colleagues.
