Jennifer

Jennifer is an expert Occupational Therapist based in Wrexham. She specialises in Functional Rehabilitation, delivering holistic assessments to clients across Wales and the North West of England including Cheshire, Merseyside, and Shropshire. She works with clients with a wide range of injuries and conditions such as amputations, osteoporosis, cardiac conditions, dementia and Alzheimer’s, and Parkinson’s disease.

Delivering in-depth assessments of each clients physical and cognitive strengths and limitations, Jennifer is able to create bespoke and tailored treatment plans to maximise every client’s potential. She strives to improve their independence at home and in the community, helping them to feel safe conducting activities of everyday living such as cooking and cleaning. She supports them with self-care tasks, suggesting effective ways to live independently whilst managing pain and fatigue. Jennifer works collaboratively with clients, their families, and other healthcare professionals to ensure a client’s every need is met.

Often working with older adults, Jennifer has specialist experience within the clinical areas of frailty, dementia, and orthopaedics. She is also a member of the Royal College of Occupational Therapists’ Specialist Section for Older People.
