Lorraine is a specialist Paediatric Occupational Therapist with over 20 years of experience working with children of all ages. She is based in Alnwick in Northumberland and covers a client base across the North of England including Tyne and Wear, Cleveland, and Durham and the Scottish Borders.

Throughout her career, Lorraine has developed expertise on a range of conditions and diagnoses including cerebral palsy, profound and multiple learning difficulties, Down’s syndrome, brain injury, sensory processing difficulties, Duchenne’s muscular dystrophy, spinal muscular atrophy, orthopaedic trauma injuries and developmental coordination difficulties.

Lorraine utilises her expertise and many years of experience to deliver assessments and interventions. She visits children in both home and school settings to help them reach their maximum potential. Lorraine also has experience working in an OT capacity for local charities to provide assessment and intervention for specialist case management firms to assist with medico-legal claims.

Lorraine is a member of the Royal College of Occupational Therapists and continues to develop her skills through training courses and practical experience.
