Judy is an HCPC-registered Occupational Therapist based in Carlisle, providing specialist Occupational Therapy assessments across Cumbria, including Carlisle, Barrow-in-Furness, South Lakeland, Eden, Copeland, Allerdale and Westmorland. She helps children and adults achieve greater independence and confidence in everyday life.
Qualifying from Sheffield Hallam University in 2022, Judy has gained valuable NHS experience across community and hospital settings, working with individuals aged 5 to 65+. She has particular expertise in older adults' mental health and supports people living with multiple sclerosis, Parkinson's disease, dementia, Alzheimer's disease, anxiety and depression. Using a strengths-based, person-centred approach, she works closely with clients, families and multidisciplinary teams to develop practical solutions that maximise function and quality of life.
