Sharon

Sharon is a compassionate and experienced Occupational Therapist specialising in falls rehabilitation, frailty management, lower limb amputee rehabilitation, specialist seating and functional rehabilitation. Based in Nottingham, she provides specialist Occupational Therapy assessments across the East Midlands, Lincolnshire and South Yorkshire. She supports adults and children with a range of physical, neurological and orthopaedic needs, helping individuals maximise independence, safety and confidence in everyday life.

Qualifying from the University of Derby in 2014, Sharon has gained experience across a variety of clinical settings, including NHS and private practice. She has particular expertise in lower limb amputee rehabilitation, supporting individuals through pre-prosthetic training, mobility retraining and rehabilitation following limb loss. She also provides falls risk assessments and rehabilitation, with extensive experience supporting older adults and individuals living with frailty, reduced mobility, arthritis and cognitive decline.

Sharon takes a holistic, person-centred approach, combining strong clinical reasoning with a warm and empathetic communication style. She is committed to reflective practice and ongoing professional development, and is passionate about helping people regain confidence, participate in meaningful activities and achieve greater independence.
