Zoe

Zoe is an experienced Occupational Therapist specialising in housing and equipment, moving and handling, and functional assessments for adults with physical disabilities, neurological conditions and complex care needs. Based in Hampshire, she provides specialist Occupational Therapy assessments across Southampton, Portsmouth, the Isle of Wight and the surrounding areas, helping people remain safe, independent and comfortable within their own homes.

She has particular expertise in supporting individuals with profound and multiple learning disabilities, dementia and complex communication needs, ensuring their wishes and best interests remain central to every assessment. She has worked with people living with Parkinson's disease, Motor Neurone Disease, Huntington's disease, stroke, cerebral palsy, COPD, fibromyalgia, limb loss, autism, and a wide range of physical, cognitive and sensory disabilities.

Passionate about person-centred Occupational Therapy, Zoe adopts a strengths-based approach to enable individuals to achieve their personal goals and remain independent for as long as possible. She works collaboratively with clients, families, carers and multidisciplinary professionals to develop practical, sustainable solutions that improve safety, participation and quality of life. Her practice is underpinned by the Care Act, current legislation and evidence-based Occupational Therapy, ensuring every recommendation is tailored to each individual's needs and circumstances.
