Jen

Jen is a highly experienced Occupational Therapist specialising in Functional Rehabilitation, Housing and Equipment, Moving and Handling, and Seating and Postural Management across London and the South East. Her clinical background spans orthopaedics, oncology, general medicine, trauma, frailty, palliative care and long-term conditions, including Parkinson’s Disease, Motor Neurone Disease and dementia. She also has experience in fatigue and pain management, as well as assessing daily living skills and environmental barriers.

Having qualified in 2005 from the University of Western Sydney, Jen has extensive experience across the NHS, Social Services and private practice, working in acute hospitals, inpatient and outpatient rehabilitation, urgent care, reablement and integrated social care. Alongside her clinical practice, Jen brings significant leadership and project management experience, having led rehabilitation and urgent care teams, supported junior Occupational Therapists, and delivered service development projects, audits and service reviews.

Jen takes a holistic, evidence-based and person-centred approach, combining sound clinical reasoning with practical recommendations tailored to each individual's needs. She is passionate about helping people overcome functional and environmental barriers, regain confidence and achieve meaningful improvements in everyday life.
