Grace

Grace is an experienced Occupational Therapist specialising in housing and equipment, functional rehabilitation, moving and handling, and seating and postural management. She provides specialist Occupational Therapy assessments across Essex and London, helping adults and children maximise their independence, safety and participation at home, in education and within the community.

Grace is experienced in assessing for specialist equipment, stairlifts, level access showers, ramps, ceiling hoists, bathroom adaptations and seating solutions, alongside completing moving and handling risk assessments and providing practical recommendations that improve safety and independence. Her strong clinical reasoning enables her to identify cost-effective solutions that meet each client's current and future needs.

Alongside her work with adults, Grace has experience supporting children and young people within education and community settings. She provides assessments and interventions to develop gross and fine motor skills, handwriting, sensory processing, emotional regulation and functional independence, working collaboratively with families, schools and multidisciplinary teams to achieve positive outcomes.
