Donna

Donna is an experienced Occupational Therapist specialising in Housing and Equipment, Seating and Postural Management, and Functional Rehabilitation. Based in Lancashire, she provides specialist Occupational Therapy assessments across North West England, supporting adults and older people with a wide range of physical, neurological and long-term conditions. She has particular expertise in functional assessments, equipment provision, home adaptations, falls prevention and rehabilitation. She supports individuals with conditions including arthritis, osteoporosis, dementia, Motor Neurone Disease, Multiple Sclerosis, Parkinson’s disease, stroke, brain injury, cancer, heart conditions, chronic kidney disease, diabetes and neurodivergence.

Qualifying from the University of Salford in 2008, Donna has extensive experience across NHS and social care settings, including acute and community services. She works collaboratively with clients, families and multidisciplinary teams to develop tailored interventions that reflect individual priorities and meaningful goals. She is committed to ongoing professional development through clinical supervision, postgraduate training and specialist courses, ensuring her practice remains compassionate, evidence-based and informed by current research.
