Lindsey is a highly experienced Occupational Therapist with over 20 years working across a variety of in-patient, community, and private settings. She is skilled in assessments and treatments of a wide range of physical health conditions including neurological and chronic health problems. Lindsay is based in Ceredigion, Wales, and travels to neighbouring Carmarthenshire and Pembrokeshire to assess and treat clients in their own homes.

Lindsey is passionate about helping people maximise their potential by holistic working. She gets the best results by ensuring she addresses a person's physical, cognitive, and psychological needs to help them live as independently as possible. She works with adult clients with a wide range of conditions including, multiple sclerosis, chronic fatigue syndrome, and Parkinson Disease.

Committed to her ongoing professional development, Lindsay regularly undertakes post-graduate training to expand her clinical knowledge and skill-set. Most recently she has completed training in neuro-linguistic programming, pain management, stress illness recovery, and upper limb rehabilitation. Lindsay is also a member of the Royal College of Occupational Therapists and their Specialist Section in Independent Practice.
