Fateha

Based in London, Fateha is a Senior Occupational Therapist specialising in Functional Rehabilitation, Moving and Handling, Housing and Equipment (including minor adaptations), and Seating and Postural Management. She has extensive experience working with adults with neurological conditions, brain injury, spinal injury, stroke, Parkinson’s disease, dementia, Alzheimer’s disease, orthopaedic trauma, amputations, and osteoporosis.

She qualified from Brunel University in 2016 and is HCPC and BOAT registered. Fateha has almost a decade of experience working across NHS and community services. She has developed strong clinical expertise in conducting functional and risk assessments, supporting discharge planning, and delivering moving and handling interventions. She also provides specialist recommendations for equipment provision and home environment adaptations to optimise safety and independence.
