Nicole

Based in Bedford, Nicole is an experienced Occupational Therapist specialising in Neurological Rehabilitation, Functional Rehabilitation, Seating and Postural Management, and Vocational Rehabilitation across the South East. With over 25 years of clinical experience, she supports individuals with complex neurological conditions, including Brain Injury, Traumatic Brain Injury, Spinal Injury, Stroke, Multiple Sclerosis and Motor Neurone Disease. She provides evidence-based assessments and rehabilitation to maximise independence, improve functional abilities and support meaningful participation in everyday life and work.

Nicole's extensive experience spans acute hospital care, rehabilitation, outpatient services and vocational rehabilitation. She has specialist expertise in Cognitive Rehabilitation, Upper Limb Rehabilitation, Fatigue Management, Daily Living Skills, Routine Planning, Visual Perception, and Planning and Execution. Her practice also encompasses Fine and Gross Motor Skills, Self-Care and Behaviour Management, tailored to each individual's needs and goals.

Alongside her clinical expertise, Nicole has strong leadership and management experience, including leading multidisciplinary teams in busy hospital environments. She has contributed to research and delivered teaching and training at local, national and international levels, including in Vietnam. She also has experience in medico-legal report writing, expert witness work and independent Occupational Therapy practice, providing comprehensive assessment and rehabilitation services to support individuals in achieving their functional and vocational goals.
