A Proud New Alliance

2019 sees the commencement of The OT Practice being the preferred provider of OT services for Royal Air Force Benevolent Fund beneficiaries.

We are delighted and extremely proud to be supporting such a prestigious and high profile organisation. The RAF Benevolent Fund joins our portfolio of military clients including The Royal British Legion (TRBL), The Royal Marines Association and the Soldiers, Sailors, Airmen and Families Association (SSAFA). This partnership, firmly positions The OT Practice as the leading provider of occupational therapy services for the military charity community.

The purpose of the RAF Benevolent Fund, which celebrates its Centenary this year, is to understand and support each and every member of the RAF family. For us, as their OT provider, this means providing high quality clinical care to approximately 1000 serving and retired members of the Royal Air Force and their families each year. Referrals are for both adults and children with a range of complexity from mobility vehicles through to extensive home adaptations for children with complex needs.

We were awarded preferred provider status after a robust selection process. Feedback from the Fund’s senior commissioners was that they recognised that The OT Practice embody both organisations shared values of inclusivity, compassion and trustworthiness.

As we embark on this exciting collaboration, we have pledged to all of our military charity clients that we will put their beneficiaries at the heart of our practice and deliver to each and every one, the highest standards of clinical and client care.
