In January, the Royal College of Occupational Therapists (RCOT) kickstarted 2022 with the announcement of their new strategy, values and brand. We’ve brought together members of our team to share their thoughts on the strategy and highlight how this reflects our own company vision.
Meet our new Therapist Network Director, Sarah, who is establishing her exciting and innovative vision for transforming private practice. She will be supporting our existing network of OTs with their career development as well as reaching out to those considering private work for the first time.
As part of our program to transform the way we select and support our team of OTs, Emma has been appointed to the newly created role of OT Network Manager. As an experienced OT who has worked in private practice for many years, she will be instrumental in building our team of OTs and uniquely positioned to provide guidance and support to our new starters.
Lynn is our Paediatric Clinical Team Lead, she has been bought on board at The OT Practice to add leadership, specialist training and mentoring to our nationwide OT's. Read this interview to find our more about her and the vision she has for the role.
