As part of this ongoing commitment, we are further strengthening our clinical leadership at a senior level.
We are currently seeking candidates for the high-profile and strategically important role of Professional Head of Occupational Therapy at The OT Practice. This is a senior leadership position with significant influence — not only across The OT Practice and our growing network of over 350 OTs, but also with the potential to shape best practice and professional standards within the wider independent occupational therapy sector.
The Professional Head of Occupational Therapy will provide leadership and a uniquely innovative approach to clinical governance, quality assurance, and evidence-based practice. The role will play a pivotal part in setting clinical direction, supporting and developing our clinical leaders, and ensuring consistently excellent outcomes for the clients and professionals we work with.
While we undertake this search, Victoria has stepped into the role on an interim basis, providing continuity and momentum during this important phase. In this capacity, she is actively leading key projects to further strengthen our clinical governance framework, refine professional guidance, and provide oversight across our team of clinical leads. Alongside her interim leadership responsibilities, Victoria continues to work closely with case managers and solicitors, while also expanding her strategic input across our broader services and our other markets.
Over the past three months, Victoria has gradually transitioned out of her Clinical Services Manager responsibilities, handing over to Paul Wennman, who joined us toward the end of last year and may already be a familiar contact to many.
Paul now provides day-to-day operational leadership for our Case Management team and is the primary point of contact for coordination of referrals and case-related queries. He brings a strong focus on customer experience, solution-finding, responsiveness, efficiency, and clear communication.
Paul is supported by our experienced operations team and continues to work closely with Victoria and our team of clinical leads to ensure continuity, strong clinical leadership, and a consistently high standard of occupational therapy support for our case managers and solicitors.
