Case management team & clinical leadership at The OT Practice
At The OT Practice, we are committed to delivering the highest standards of occupational therapy through strong clinical leadership, robust governance, and an excellent experience for the professionals and clients we support. As part of this ongoing commitment, we are pleased to share an important update to strengthen our clinical leadership.
After almost a decade as our Client Services Manager supporting our work with case managers, Victoria has moved into a new and very well-deserved role as our Professional Head of Occupational Therapy. This transition reflects both her outstanding contribution to the organisation and our continued focus on strengthening clinical leadership across all areas of our service.
In her new position, Victoria will be able to dedicate her time fully to clinical leadership, quality assurance, and evidence-based best practice throughout our case management service. While she will continue to maintain close clinical oversight of all cases, she is particularly excited to take on a more strategic role — supporting consistent clinical standards, robust professional governance, and excellent outcomes for every client.
Alongside this, Victoria will continue her close clinical involvement with case managers and solicitors, while also expanding her leadership across our broader services and other markets.
Over the past three months, Victoria has gradually transitioned out of her Clinical Services Manager responsibilities, handing over to Paul Wennman, who joined us toward the end of last year and may already be a familiar contact.
Paul is now providing day-to-day operational management and will be our case manager's primary point of contact for the ongoing coordination of referrals and case-related queries. He is motivated by creating a positive customer experience, with a focus on solution-finding, responsiveness, efficiency, and clear communication.
Paul is supported by the same dedicated operations team and continues to work closely with Victoria to ensure strong clinical leadership, continuity, and a consistently high standard of OT support for our case managers and solicitors.
