CASE MANAGERS: Events & conferences in 2027
With a busy November still ahead of us at The OT Practice, including several conferences and events, we're already looking ahead to what's in the diary for 2027.
Chris Hall, our Operations Director for Clinical Services, and colleagues from our Case Management team will be attending a number of conferences next year, with some of our Clinical Leads joining them.
These events are always a highlight of our calendar. They give us the chance to catch up with the case managers and solicitors we already work with, hear what's happening across the sector and make new connections. They're also a great opportunity to put faces to names, particularly when we've spent plenty of time speaking on the phone or exchanging emails!
Here's where you can find us so far in 2027:
- January – Brain Injury Group Child Brain Injury Conference, Birmingham
- February – Ashtons Brain Injury Case Management Conference, Coventry
- March – CMSUK Conference, Solihull
- June – BABICM Annual Conference, Birmingham
A particular highlight will be the Ashtons conference, where Laura, one of our Neuro Clinical Leads, will be speaking about positive risk-taking and enabling independence following brain injury. We're delighted she'll be sharing her clinical expertise on a topic so central to meaningful rehabilitation.
For those who already know us, we'd love the opportunity to catch up in person. And if we haven't met before, please do come over and introduce yourself. Whether you'd like to find out a little more about The OT Practice, discuss a case or simply stop for a chat over a coffee, we'd be delighted to meet you.
Chris comments:
“Events are always a fantastic opportunity to catch up with our regular referrers and meet new faces. There’s such a positive atmosphere around our stand, and we really value the opportunity to connect with people face to face and strengthen relationships across the case management community. We also recognise the huge amount of work that goes into organising these conferences, and we're delighted to see such a great programme of events taking shape for 2027.”
If you're planning to attend any of these events, do come and say hello. We look forward to seeing you there!
