The launch of our Customer Portal this month marks an important milestone in The OT Practice journey. Our secure online application where you can make referrals and track all aspects of your cases with us, ushers in a new way of working and major enhancement to our customer's experience.
The customer portal has always been part of our long-term vision and is a significant achievement towards our ambition of being a leading innovator within the independent occupational therapy profession. The customer portal can be accessed by referrers and managers across any device offering a new level of control, transparency, efficiency and convenience.
The portal is for the benefit all our regular referrer customers who work in education, charities, solicitors and case managers.
