Meet the Team Behind Our Case Management Service
Over the past year, our Case Management team at The OT Practice has continued to grow and develop. Today, Paul, Jason, Mia and Lauren work together as a close-knit team, supporting our case management customers from initial enquiry right through to case closure.
Paul Wennman leads the team as Client Manager, supported by Jason as Senior Client Coordinator and Mia and Lauren as Client Coordinators. Together, they oversee the day-to-day management of all case management referrals, from understanding each case’s requirements and matching the most suitable OT to monitoring progress and keeping everyone updated along the way.
Through regular contact with case managers, the team builds positive working relationships, taking time to understand how each customer likes to work and going the extra mile to support them. They understand the importance of matching the right OT to each referral, maintaining good communication and responding promptly when questions or challenges arise.
The Case Management operational team works hand in hand with our Clinical Leads and wider senior clinical leadership team, who provide specialist advice and guidance when required. This close collaboration brings clinical expertise into day-to-day coordination, ensuring that clinical questions and more complex requirements are considered by colleagues with the appropriate expertise.
The team also plays an important role in driving innovation across our case management service. As adoption of our Practice Plus Customer Portal continues to grow, Paul, Jason, Mia and Lauren have been helping case managers make the most of its features, from submitting referrals and accessing case information to tracking progress. The portal offers greater choice in how customers work with us, combining convenience and real-time visibility with the personal support and guidance our growing team is on hand to provide.
