UPDATE: Customer Portal three months on

Three months ago, The OT Practice launched the Practice Plus Customer Portal, providing our regular referrers with a new way of working and a significant enhancement to their experience with us.
Since launch, we have successfully onboarded our case management customers, and are now progressing the rollout to our customers within the education sector. The introduction of the portal marks a key milestone in our continued commitment to improving accessibility, transparency, and efficiency in the way we manage cases and communicate.
Feedback so far has been consistently positive. Referrers, particularly those managing multiple cases, have highlighted the ease and speed with which they can review and manage cases, without the need to scan reports or request updates. Many have commented that having the real-time access to information has been especially valuable, allowing them to remain fully informed as cases progress.
We are also seeing the self-service referral pathway through the portal is becoming a more popular choice for our case management referrers. The aim was to provide an alternative convenient and efficient route for straightforward referrals, and uptake continues to grow as people become familiar with the process.
Since launching the portal we have introduced a weekly/monthly digest email. This provides a summary of recent activity on open cases and is delivered directly to your inbox — offering a convenient overview without the need to log in.
We are committed to improving and evolving the Practice Plus Customer Portal to ensuring that it provides an effective, user-friendly platform that supports our referrers in managing their cases efficiently and transparently.
