Caroline (therapist) was fantastic, and for the first time it felt like someone was actually listening to me. It was great to actually have some positive feedback and advice as opposed to "carry on as you are". We have taken on board everything in the report and fingers crossed we can help Emily. Many thanks.
Mother of a private client aged 8
Just spoken to [case solicitor from large law firm] and she made a point of saying how much they enjoy working with the OT Practice. She said it is a pleasure to work with us because the convenient service we offer and the professional yet approachable attitude.
A case manager
Individual assessments have been professionally and sensitively conducted resulting in personalised programmes of exercises to aid and encourage independence. The OT Practice offers many services - we are delighted to be working in partnership with such a friendly, passionate and professional company.
Sunrise
The OT Practice is always helpful and efficient but what really stands them apart is their willingness to allocate the right person to the task at hand. For example, we had an elderly client who struggled to engage with a younger therapist and upon request, The OT Practice provided an ideal person to meet the client’s needs.
HCML
We have found The OT Practice team to be highly professional and efficient. Our needs were listened to and met and we were extremely satisfied with the level of service provided. I would have no hesitation in recommending them.
